Okay, we're figuring out a solution for players who really want the pre-order DLC entitlement to show up in their library, or were confused about the amber quantities when pre-ordering the deluxe edition (fair, btw—it was not 100% clear). This can't quickly/easily be done with any sort of automatic process, so for now, please file a ticket with support.fictions.com explaining your issue, including proof of purchase of the deluxe pre-order, and we'll get you taken care of.

Sorry for the trouble. We just completely overlooked the idea that people would feel strongly about specifically owning the pre-order entitlement, even with the contents of that pack included in the deluxe DLC. Thanks for your patience as we've discussed how to solve this.
