As most of you know, using tools to automatically join giveaways on SteamGifts is against the rules. It's been a while since we last acted on this, so I want to give everyone a heads-up about some upcoming changes. Today we're focusing on the AutoJoin extension, though other extensions offering similar functionality will be monitored as well.

Beginning June 1st, accessing SteamGifts with the AutoJoin extension installed will result in your account being suspended. I discussed with the moderators whether we should try to allow certain features within the extension while blocking others, but we've decided that an extension which openly promotes breaking our terms of service shouldn't be permitted on the site at all.
